Claims Trainee – Paid Training & Future Opportunities!

We are searching for bright, driven individuals to join our team for an exciting career opportunity in Las Colinas, Texas! If you are ready to be challenged and start a rewarding career in the insurance industry, read on.

Over the course of the next few months we will be launching our Claims Trainee program. We will provide the requisite training and pay for you to become a licensed claims adjuster. The program is designed to provide a career path to move our best, brightest, and most driven candidates from an entry-level position into a solid, well-established career.

The Position:

If you are selected to join our team, we will train you to be one of our next Claims Representatives. This group handles personal auto claims involving car accidents and weather-related events. This position will allow you the opportunity to begin learning the art of investigation, negotiation, and interpretation of policy contracts.

The Responsibilities:

Know, interpret, and enforce insurance law, code, and policy contracts.
Successfully negotiate claims with customers, vendors, body shops, and law firms.
Provide best-in-class customer service and direction to our claimants.
Utilize technology and processes to provide timely resolution to your work.
Adhere to all applicable company, state, and federal guidelines as necessary.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

At minimum a Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5 years of professional work experience in customer service or sales.
Auto claims experience is not required; however, 3-5 years professional work experience as referenced above is required.
Ability to secure and maintain adjuster’s license within 30 days of hire

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and data. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Advanced mathematical skills as it relates to the position.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of financial, legal and technical information.
